Those eligible to participate in a FPL-WELL Program fitness center include
- employees
- retirees
- spouses
- dependents (age 16-23) and
- contractors.
Note: Dependents under 18 must use the facility during supervised hours or be accompanied by an adult member.
Membership fees
The monthly membership fees cover all costs associated with the facility including fitness testing and instruction, group exercise classes, personally assigned locker, towels and exercise clothing. The following table explains the fees:

$10 per month for all eligible except contractors. |
- The payroll deduction form included is included in the Registration Form.
- Deductions will begin 2 weeks after you complete your orientation.

$180 for 6 months for all contractors |
- Contractors will be sent an invoice to the address listed in the start-up packet. This fee is non-refundable.

$0 for retirees |
- Retirees must complete the Registration form and complete the initial fitness evaluation and orientation to the facility.
- No charge for FPL retirees or their spouse.

Physical Fitness Evaluation & Orientation
The Physical Fitness Evaluation is an opportunity for you and a fitness specialist to evaluate your current level of fitness and define your health-related goals. For details, refer to the

The Orientation is an opportunity for you and a fitness specialist to review and discuss:
- your fitness test results
- principles of exercise prescription
- proper use and purpose of equipment and
- a proposed exercise program.
