How it works

Power monitorA power monitor meter is installed at your electrical service point and records voltage conditions. When problems occur, the system:

  • Notifies the Central Processing Center
  • Notifies your designated contact and
  • Forwards a trouble call to FPL on power outages for restoration.

You also receive notification detailing the date and time of the power interruption and when your power was restored.
