Science Outreach ProgramsFPL sponsors free science assembly programs, designed to teach and entertain school-age students, to public schools in the FPL service area. Professor Whys Powerful Adventure is a free, assembly-style program for grades 4-9 that brings science to life through fun, interactive demonstrations. This entertaining and educational program helps prepare students for the science FCAT and offers an exciting way to get your students charged up about science. Captain Conservation saves the day for kindergarden through third grade students. FPL proudly presents a free, educational assembly-style program to teach students, through original songs and student participation, how they can be heroes by conserving energy.
