Time to process online requests

Please allow 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to complete your request by the date you desire. Requests received on weekends and holidays will be scheduled for the next available business day.

Service requests for new construction

If you are requesting service at a new construction address, the information you provide using the online form will help FPL initiate your request. However, an FPL representative may need to contact you to verify the type of service that you need or address other issues, such as a certificate of occupancy or deposit requirement.

Once the necessary inspections are received, your power will be connected.
