Approval and Scheduling

During this stage, you should provide FPL with contracts, agreements and other project requirements, including:

1. Underground Facilities Installation Agreement: Obtain this form from your FPL Project Manager
2. Site Ready For Construction 
3. Street Light Agreement: Obtain this form from your FPL Project Manager.
4. Site Ready for Electric Service Line Installation
   • Overhead
   • Underground
5. Signed FPL Vault Specifications document: Obtain this form from your FPL Project Manager.
6. Signed FPL Padmount Transformer Specifications document: Obtain this form from your FPL Project Manager.
7. Other Requirements – ask your FPL Project Manager for a complete list of requirements for this stage of construction.

Be sure to review your responsibilities for Installing personal equipment during this stage of construction.

Once all these requirements have been met, FPL will order the appropriate materials and equipment and schedule the local construction team for your project. Be sure to keep FPL informed of any design, schedule or construction site changes. Keep in mind that these changes may result in additional costs and/or delays in the construction schedule.
