Readi-Power: Extended Preventative Maintenance

Protect your investment with a preventative maintenance plan

You made a substantial investment when you installed a back-up generator for your home, the proper preventative maintenance plan will protect your investment.
If you purchased your generator from Readi-Power the first year of preventative maintenance is included. After the first year with Readi-Power or if you purchased your permanent residential generator from another company, you will want to continue to keep your generator in top running condition.

Readi-Power extended preventative maintenance plans :

  • Are available for 1, 2, and 4 years
  • Are for Guardian (Elite and Quietsource) generators 20kw and larger
  • Adhere to the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule
  • Are performed by certified technicians
  • Are worry free - we keep track of when service work needs to be done and call you to schedule an appointment

The maintenance plans offered by FPL Readi-Power are comprehensive and thorough, so if you decide to comparison shop make sure you make an apples to apples comparison. Maintenance Tasks and Frequency

This assumes you have had your initial year of maintenance, if not base plans are available.

Plan A - One (1) year extended plan to include two maintenance visits; one visit including only Level 3 tasks and one visit including Level 3 and Level 5 tasks.
Plan B - Two (2) year extended plan to include four maintenance visits; two visits including only Level 3 tasks, one visit including Level 3 and Level 4 tasks and one visit including Level 3 and Level 5 tasks.
Plan C - Four (4) year extended plan to include eight maintenance visits; four visits including only Level 3 tasks, two visits including Level 3 and Level 4 tasks and two visits including Level 3 and Level 5 tasks.
