Exclusions and disclosures

UtilityGard is exclusively for owners of a single-family home.

Exclusions of Inside ElectricLineGard:

• Replacement of switches and receptacles in colors other than white or beige. Adding new switches or outlets.
• Solar systems and components, and electronic or computerized systems management controllers.
• Replacement of obsolete or unavailable materials, or cost for nonstandard materials.
• Cosmetic defects.

Exclusions of Inside and Outside WaterLineGard:

• Loss (leaks) occurring prior to enrollment.
• Movement of the meter or water piping at the time of repair or replacement, unless required by local water code or deemed necessary by the administrator.
• Water meter including connection or extensions.
• Movement of working pipes and/or lines due to recommendations by the water company.
• Removal of items or debris necessary to access the waterline.
• Updating nonleaking pipes to meet code, law or ordinance requirements.
• Final cosmetic finish or restoration to the affected area.

Condominiums, townhouses, apartments or other multiple-unit dwellings are not eligible for coverage under this current program.
