How You Can Help the Manatee

How can you help?

You can help by

• obeying all boating signs
• always keeping alert for marine life while on the water
• not feeding, touching or harassing the manatees
• not discarding monofilament line, hooks, or any other litter into the water
• making a donation to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to help protect the manatee when you register your boat or
• buying a Save the Manatee license plate for your car at your Florida local tag office.
