Changing the browser settings to FPL’s recommendations:

Click 'OPTIONS'
From the icons on the left column, click 'SITE CONTROLS,' the fourth icon from the top.
On the right side, under 'WEB FEATURES,' make sure there are check marks in the 'ALLOW COOKIES' and 'ENABLE JAVASCRIPT' check boxes.
Click 'OK' to accept your changes.

SSL Enabled
Click 'TOOLS'
Click 'OPTIONS'
From the icons on the left column, click 'ADVANCED,' the last icon from the top.
Scroll down on the right panel and click the plus sign (+) next to 'SECURITY,' only if the options under 'SECURITY' are not already showing.
Place check marks in all the check boxes under 'SECURITY.'
Click 'OK' to accept your changes.

Usability Test
Log in.
When users try to log in, they are prompted with the message below. Either the first or the second option will let the user through.

After users log in, they are asked to log in again (only the fist time visiting the page). Once users type the ID and Password, Netscape prompts the following window, where they must make a choice.

WebTV

1. Access Web Home
2. Click on 'HELP'
3. Scroll down to 'QUICK PICK'
4. Click on 'UTILITIES TOOLS'
5. On the next page, click on 'RESET COOKIES'
6. The yellow bar on your screen will change to green and then back to yellow
7. Once this is finished, turn your WebTV OFF and then back ON
