When can you use the service?
You can use Pay By Phone from home or on the road, at any time
of the day or night, seven days a week. Last minute electric bill
payments can be paid and posted to your account within minutes with
one simple phone call.

How to make a payment

Make sure you have your FPL bill
and a copy of your check handy for account number and bank
routing/transit information. |

Call FPL's customer service number
located on the front of your bill from any touch-tone phone,
or click here
to find your customer service number. |

Using your touch-tone phone, press
43 when the phone is answered to make a payment. Follow
the directions on how to enter your bank account information
into the system. Your account information can be located on
the bottom of your check as shown below.

You will receive a confirmation
number once you complete the instructions. You can write down
your confirmation number on your bill, which then becomes
your receipt. |
Notes
Your payment will be posted within minutes to your FPL account
