The performance contract, governed by FL Statute 489.145, encompassing the two buildings and four garages allowed for the replacement of traditionally long pay-back mechanical Energy Conservation Measures within a 10 year financed period. As a result, Miami Dade County and Miami Dade Aviation Department were able to improve their aging infrastructure without expending capital dollars. |
