FPL plans work on electric equipment in Town of Palm Beach

JUNO BEACH, Fla. -- Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) has announced it will perform work on equipment in the Town of Palm Beach Tuesday, December 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  Workers will be replacing an FPL pole at 1048 South Ocean Boulevard.

During the pole replacement, the southbound lane of South Ocean Drive will be closed to traffic.  Some interruptions to traffic are expected as a result of the work.  FPL performs planned, regular maintenance or replacement of its equipment to continue to provide its customers with an excellent level of service.
