Florida Power & Light Company, offers ancillary services at market-based rates under terms of its Market based Tariff.

Eligible customers

To be eligible to receive service, customers must execute a service agreement with Florida Power & Light Company under Florida Power & Light Company's FERC Electric Tariff Volume No. 7. The ancillary services described therein are provided by Florida Power & Light Company's merchant function. The ancillary services are not available:

• in conjunction with transmission service under Florida Power & Light Company's open access tariff
• to any affiliate of Florida Power & Light Power Company
• to any customer located in peninsular Florida;
• to a regional transmission organization ("RTO"), where the RTO has no ability to self-supply ancillary services but instead depends on third parties; or
• to a transmission provider for use in satisfying the transmission provider's ancillary service obligations under its own open access transmission tariff.

Rate for Supplemental Reserve Service shall be negotiated and agreed upon by the parties.
