that your electric bill payment is past due. Simply name another

- social worker or
- trustee.
Responsibility of the person receiving the
notice
The person who has agreed to receive a Final Notice for an FPL
customer is responsible for
- ensuring that the customer received and understood the Final
Notice or
- contacting the customer if he/she is out-of-town to settle
the matter with FPL.
Important:

pay the bill.
- FPL incurs no liability if the selected person does not receive
the FPL Friendly Reminder.
Notifying FPL of changes
The customer is responsible for notifying FPL if the address of
either party has changed.
Closing your account
When a customer closes an account, if service and billing is resumed,
the customer is responsible for notifying FPL of the person selected

the area.
