Follow these steps to participate in the program:

View and print the Tier One Agreement: Tier One (0-10kW). The name on the agreement must match the name on the account or FPL bill. The Agreement must obtain the signature of the account holder and be either witnessed or notarized. |

View and print the Application. Complete the Application. |

Submit the Application and witnessed Agreement to FPL. FPL will send you a letter acknowledging your completed Application, and will also sign and return a copy of the executed Agreement. |

Once construction is complete, have your system inspected by the local Authority that has jurisdiction. Submit a copy of the final permit showing the system approved and signed off. FPL will change the meter within 30 days of receipt of all of the above-mentioned completed paperwork. |

Do not begin parallel operation until your bidirectional meter is installed. Prior to installation of the new meter the system should be turned on only for testing and inspection. |
