A new customer contacted us to start service at your address. We have automatically closed your account so that you don’t have to contact us and we can seamlessly transfer service into the new customer’s name.
If you are moving to another address serviced by FPL, use our Start Service application to set up your new electric service.
If you aren’t moving and need to keep the account in your name, please call us at (800) 966-4875 to reopen your account.
Your final bill will be sent to the mailing address on record. You will receive it within two weeks after your account was closed. Any deposit you paid will be applied to your final bill, and any excess will be refunded to you.
If needed, you can update your final bill mailing address by calling us at (800) 226-3545.
