How it works

Install high-efficiency units with a licensed HVAC contractor, work with us to submit your project information and receive incentives.

Eligibility criteria

  • The tenants must meet income eligibility requirements at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
  • The installation must be completed by a participating FPL independent HVAC contractor.
  • The system must be at least one /SEER2 point above the applicable code requirement, currently at 14.2.
