You can transfer your FPL service to another location served by FPL by simply filling out the transfer form online. You’ll need to provide the new location address and select the date for transferring service.
You can stop service anytime with just a few simple online steps:
Service can be disconnected within one business day. Requests received for weekends and holidays will be scheduled for the next available business day. If you have a cash deposit, your deposit plus interest will be applied towards your final bill. If a credit balance remains, you will receive a refund check in approximately two weeks. If you are on our budget billing program, any differed balance will also be applied to your final bill.
