Other Bill Savings Assistance Programs
Our advocacy partners can assist us in securing federal funding to provide you with financial assistance on your energy bill.
For the purposes of this program, low-income customers include customers who participate in certain state, federal, or local assistance programs, such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (EHEAP) and are preapproved to participate in the program. Customers must meet the program eligibility requirements. If the account is eligible, it will be enrolled based off the previous 12-month total kWh usage and is subject to the program terms and conditions. As a participant of the program, you will be charged a monthly subscription cost and will receive monthly subscription credits that will always exceed the cost. The fee is $5.57 and the credit is $6.27 for each kW you’re subscribed to. Once enrolled, participants can modify their subscription at any time. The energy delivered to your home will continue to be from all FPL generating sources.
