1Typically, the program is only activated during times of high energy usage or emergency situations. On Call credits are dependent on the appliances enrolled being approved by FPL or the contractor; maximum annual savings is $91.75.
2The self-enrollment questions help determine if your home is eligible for On Call. Remember - If you’re a renter, you’ll need your landlord’s approval to enroll in the program.
