Why don’t I see anything under Manage Account Security?

You can only manage security for accounts where you are the account owner, or where you have been authorized to do so. If you are trying to manage security for someone else’s account, please contact that person to make sure they have given you access to make changes.

Why have I not received an approval email allowing me to add an account?

  • Your request may still be pending approval from the account owner. After five days, your request will expire. If you have an FPL.com log in, you can restart the Add Account process. If you still need an FPL.com log in, you can restart the Registration process.
  • Please check your spam folder for the email address below and add that to your address book so you receive future emails.

If I am the account owner, why do I need to approve my own access?

If you receive a message stating that the account owner needs to approve access and you are the account owner, please call us at 1-800-226-3545.

What if I no longer have access to the account email?

Please call us at 1-800-226-3545 to update the account email.
