Tracy Andrews is FPL’s external affairs manager for Washington, Holmes, Calhoun, Jackson and Gadsden Counties. A native of Chipley, Florida, she earned an Associate of Arts degree from Chipola College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University.
Tracy has dedicated 29 years of outstanding service to the company. In her current leadership position, her duties encompass growing, serving, and supporting the local community. She is also responsible for coordinating external outreach for solar energy centers.
Tracy actively serves in several business and community organizations within the region. She is the Board President of the Chipola Area Habitat for Humanity and serves as a Board Member for the Chipley Kiwanis Club, Career Source Chipola, Opportunity Florida, and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she is the Mayor of the City of Chipley.
Brandon Eckard is a graduate of the University of West Florida and began working at the company in 2008 as an electrical engineer in the Pensacola area. In 2019, he joined the solar development team to help bring zero-emissions solar energy to Florida’s panhandle.
Throughout his career, Brandon has volunteered with multiple organizations in the local community, including serving on the board of the Last Mile, a running event that benefits the Northwest Florida YMCA and Bike Pensacola. He is also an active member of Momentum Church.
Brandon is married to Dee, and the couple fully renovated a historic home in Pensacola to bring it back to life. He and Dee enjoy riding bikes whenever possible, and Brandon also stays active by fishing, running, climbing, and surfing.
