Cannot access email or didn’t receive

  • Please check your spam folder for an email from FPL_Account_Management@email.fpl.com and add that to your address book so you receive future emails.
  • Your request may still be pending approval from the account owner. After five days, your request will expire. If you have an FPL.com log in, you can restart the Add Account process. If you still need an FPL.com log in, you can restart the Registration process.
