Information to help you understand the service fees on your bill.

The Florida Public Service Commission allows us to recover the cost of providing certain services from the customers that incur them. These fees apply to residential and business customer accounts.

 Field collection

Fee for a payment that is collected in-person at your home or business.

Late payment

Charge applied to any past-due, unpaid balance.

Reconnect

Charge to reconnect service after service is disconnected for nonpayment.

 Returned  Payment 

 $23.24 or 5% of the payment  amount, whichever is greater 

 Charge for payments made from a bank account with insufficient funds to cover the payment amount.
