Florida Power & Light Company is hiring Solar Field Engineers to help keep reliable energy flowing to nearly 12 million Floridians.
In this role, you’ll apply your engineering skills in the field, troubleshooting solar systems, solving complex technical challenges and developing innovative solutions that support one of the nation’s leading electric utilities.
Ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Mechanically or electrically inclined with strong technical aptitude
Prior internships or hands-on experience demonstrating relevant skillsets
Ability to work independently with strong drive, creativity and problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
