FPL Pay By Phone allows you to check your balance due and pay your bill from a touch-tone phone, 24-hours a day, and have it posted to your account within minutes.

When can you use the service?

A U.S. funds bank account is required to use Pay By Phone.

How to make a payment

Make sure you have your FPL bill and a copy of your check handy for account number and bank routing/transit information.

Call FPL's customer service number located on the front of your bill from any touch-tone phone, or click here to find your customer service number.

Using your touch-tone phone, press 23 from the main menu to make a payment. Follow the directions on how to enter your bank account information into the system. Your account information can be located on the bottom of your check as shown below.

You will receive a confirmation number once you complete the instructions. You can write down your confirmation number on your bill, which then becomes your receipt.

Notes

Your payment will be posted within minutes to your FPL account without having to write or mail a check.

Your payment to FPL will appear on your next bank statement.
