If you have the required 240-volt circuit in your garage, you may choose the equipment-only installation and we will provide the charging equipment, charger setup up and hardwiring. The program is only available with the use of the FPL EVolution Home charger, and you will not be able to use existing charging equipment. If you do not have the required circuit, you would need to either have it installed or we will install it as part of a full installation.
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) approved rates for a new FPL EVolution Home Flexible Program – coming summer 2026.
Here’s what the Flexible Program offers:
The current program continues through December 2029, with annual rate increases approved by the PSC. Note: Rates are only set through 2029 – at which time, the PSC will consider new rates to be effective in 2030.
Beginning summer 2026, you’ll have the option to switch to the new FPL EVolution Home Flexible Program, which offers:
Your actual savings will depend on how much you drive and when you charge.
No matter which option you choose, your service will continue without interruption – and you’ll keep the same reliable charger and high-quality support you’ve come to expect.
The Flexible Program includes a fixed monthly charge plus time-of-use energy charges. Your total cost will vary based on how much – and when – you charge.

When you calculate your total monthly energy usage and consider your typical driving habits, you’ll receive a lower average rate with FPL EVolution Home than you would without the program, due to the discounted rate for charging during off-peak hours.

**The full installation program requires the 240-volt circuit be installed within 10 feet of the electrical panel.
Disclaimer – Throughout the course of each day, the demand for electricity moves up and down. During “peak” demand periods – such as summer afternoons when air-conditioning usage is high, for example – the cost of generating electricity is more expensive. There are also daily “off-peak” periods when electricity usage is lower, making the cost of producing electricity less expensive. System installation may take approximately 4-6 weeks after enrollment and will be subject to permit issuance times by your local building department as well as the approval by your homeowner’s association (if required).
